Head Technician - Responsible for directing all customer contract and walk-in services, including phone support and contract sales agreements to customers. Responsible for maintenance of technical manuals, educator to sales, in-house and on-site technical personnel. Over-see component inventory. Conduct overnight cleaning and emergency services.
Service Manager - Responsible for directing, implement, and managing technical support staff in the areas of education, servicing, and customer relationships.
Computer Technician - Responsible for cleaning, assembly, and disassembly of equipment, diagnostics, trouble-shooting, customer servicing, including on-site repairs.
Quality Control Technician - Responsible for testing and assembly of wiper blade motors and other mechanical components.
